River Valley, a family run holiday park based near St Austell, at London Apprentice, has long used Aawen to produce there marketing materials. So it was no surprise at all when they approached us to upgrade their current brand and website into something more in keeping with modern trends.
The brief for River Valleys new brand was to evolve rather than recreate the logo. To this end the new identity retains a similar tree theme, but simplifies the dated illustrative tree form into a cleaner iconagraphic style, whilst combining the text and icon into a cohesive unit.
The new logo has been incorporated into all of River Valleys marketing materials including their new website which includes many new features, such as a more streamlined image based navigation, cleaner layout, greater information on their various types of holiday homes, plus an indepth resource on local places of interest and entertainment available. The backend of the website also boasts an easier method for inputing their rates tables, greater flexibility in creating new pages, plus a greater flexibility in assigning their latest posts.
Along with the new site layout, all the online copy has been revised and polished by The Hammond Agency, who are also keeping River Valley clients up to date with continued social media and blog posts. A necessary approach if you wish to keep your site ranking high in google search pages.
